摘要
塑料瓶自動(dòng)封口機(jī)是一臺(tái)用于飲料或化工產(chǎn)品的塑料瓶自動(dòng)封口設(shè)備,包括輸送裝置,封口裝置,封口膜退繞卷取裝置以及切膜裝置。塑料瓶置于傳送帶上,輸送帶通過(guò)伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)控制塑料瓶在封口工位、切膜工位停止;封口裝置采用氣缸控制,熱封口器采用采用發(fā)熱管進(jìn)行加熱,通過(guò)溫控開(kāi)關(guān)進(jìn)行溫度控制,通過(guò)熱封口板與瓶口的壓合進(jìn)行熱封。封口膜退繞卷取裝置包括封口膜退繞裝置和封口膜卷取裝置,封口膜退繞裝置通過(guò)滾動(dòng)軸承固定在機(jī)架上,封口膜卷取裝置通過(guò)步進(jìn)電機(jī)和同步帶輪,通過(guò)步進(jìn)電機(jī)控制封口膜有時(shí)序的轉(zhuǎn)停進(jìn)行退繞卷取動(dòng)作,即在進(jìn)行切膜、封口工序是停止轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),在該工序的間隔時(shí)間進(jìn)行退繞卷操作,從而保證進(jìn)行切膜、封口工序時(shí)熱封口膜處于正確位置;切膜裝置采用熱切膜,有電能進(jìn)行加熱,溫度控制器進(jìn)行溫度控制,將熱封膜進(jìn)行切割。
工作時(shí),當(dāng)塑料瓶進(jìn)入工作空間后,塑料瓶在傳送皮帶摩擦力的作用下前進(jìn)。當(dāng)塑料瓶輸送到至封口工位時(shí),伺服電機(jī)將停止轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),塑料瓶停在封口工序位,封口裝置進(jìn)行完封口工序以后,伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)將繼續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),將塑料瓶傳動(dòng)到切膜工序位置,伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)停止轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),氣缸控制切膜壓板下壓,進(jìn)行切膜工序,切膜完成以后,伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)控制傳送帶繼續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),將塑料瓶輸送到下一工序,同時(shí),封口膜退繞卷取裝在步進(jìn)電機(jī)控制下進(jìn)行退繞轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng),退繞到指定位置以后,伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)停止。
